Colombo Int'l Airport - Negombo

Our representatives will welcome you at the Bandaranaike International Airport and take you to a beach hotel in Negombo. In the afternoon you will be escorted to a Negombo City Tour which includes visits to Angurukaramulla Ancient Buddhist Temple, Old Negombo Church, Reformed Church, Old Fish Market, visit to the poor fishing villagers home, place called "LELLAMA" where the boats return to unload the fish and the fish are auctioned or sold to vendors, a busy place during the early mornings and the evenings. After City Tour back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Negombo - Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya

After breakfast proceed to Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka's medieval capital (11th - 13th century A.D.) Visit ruins of the ancient city, the Galvihara- the most impressive sculptures are the colossal Buddha images carved on the face of a granite boulder. The Kumara Pokuna, Royal Pavilion, Siva Devala, Guardstones and sculptured railing. The largest of the man made reservoirs - Parakrama Samudra.

After Polonnaruwa visit drive to Sigirya Rock Fortress. This Rock Fortress was built by King Kasyapa in the 5th century A.D. and was a royal citadel for more than 18 years. Climb the rock fortress and see the frescoes. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Sigirya.

Sigirya - Kandy

After breakfast proceed to Kandy. En-route visit the Dambulla Rock Cave Temple. Observe Buddha statues and frescoes in the Rock Temple. On the way to Kandy visit a Spice Garden at Matale. Check into a hotel at Kandy. Evening Kandy City Tour including a visit to the Temple of Tooth Relic. Also witness a traditional Sri Lankan Cultural Dance Show. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy.

Kandy - Colombo

After breakfast proceed to Colombo. On the way visit the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala. Observe the herd of about 70 little and grown up elephants. Also observe them having a bath at a nearby river, if you are an adventurous type you can join the mahouts to rub the elephants bodies.

After Pinnawala proceed to Colombo. Check into a hotel and in the afternoon proceed for a Colombo City Tour. Evening after dinner experience Colombo' night-life. Casino's and night clubs. Enjoy yourselves and get back to the hotel.

Colombo - Airport

After breakfast having experience a wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka, our representative will drive you to the Colombo International Airport for departure.
